Kelly is a Masters in Legal Studies candidate with a concentration in Compliance and Legal Risk Management. She holds an undergraduate degree in English Language & Literature and has been a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)® since 2013. Kelly has extensive experience building and overseeing anti-corruption programs for Fortune 500 companies, including Nike and XPO Logistics. In her current role she oversees a North America team of compliance officers responsible for implementing and administering corporate anti-corruption program elements. She is a participating member of the UN Global Compact Transformational Governance Think Lab.
