Industrial and Systems Engineer, graduated from Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Chihuahua, and a master’s degree in administration from the same institution.
She is currently Chief Operating Officer of the Chihuahua-based company Ripipsa, which has a national presence and is dedicated to the design and supply of production systems and collaborative robotics for the export manufacturing industry, and which has received awards such as "Súper empresas Expansión desde 2019", “Premio Chihuahua a la Competitividad 2018”, ISO 9001:2015 certification for more than 10 years and the “Distintivo Empresa Socialmente Responsible” (Socially Responsible Company) since 2016.
She is a member of the board of directors of Canacintra Chihuahua delegation, participates in the linkage committee of Conalep plantel II, is an instructor of the bi-national programme "The Bridge Accelerator" and is part of the Board of FECHAC: Fundación del Empresariado Chihuahuense, and Persé: Centro de responsabilidad social para el desarrollo sostenible (Centre of social responsibility for sustainable development).
She was responsible for the setting up of the Drive and Control Training Center, a technical training centre specializing in automation and fluid power, supported by the Bosch Rexroth Academy.
She has specialized in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies, promoting the principles of corporate social responsibility in her organization and the business community. She is actively involved with the educational community, convinced that it is the engine of change for the region.
