Mona Daraei is the General Counsel for Siemens Energy in Qatar and Kuwait, overseeing all legal, compliance, and governance matters across both markets. With extensive experience in corporate, energy, and infrastructure law, she provides strategic counsel on complex transactions, regulatory compliance, and risk management, supporting Siemens Energy’s regional operations and growth.
Before her current role, Mona served as General Counsel for Siemens Healthineers in the Netherlands, where she advised on international commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters. A Dutch-qualified lawyer, she brings a strong European legal background combined with deep regional legal expertise in the Middle East.
