Yogesh Goel works as Senior Vice President & Group Head, Ethics & Compliance for Infosys Group. The role requires designing, planning and implementing Infosys group ethics & compliance program across its global operations involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, customers, partners and other third parties. He has worked for over 25 years in the industry with various well-reputed organization across various industries and functions. He accumulated a wealth of knowledge amongst global compliance practices, leadership, strategic management, legal & compliance operations, legal & litigation strategy, dealing with Regulators, Crisis Management, and complex cross border regulations. Yogesh has led Infosys Ethics and Compliance program to be rated amongst World’s Most Ethical Company recognition 5 years in a row by Ethisphere Institute USA. Also, Infosys Ethics and Compliance program was nominated for International Compliance Awards, UK for 2025.
Change is the only constant in the world, hence, unlearning what worked in the past and learning what will work for future is a constant pursuit and keep him excited.
