The speakers will reflect on COSP resolutions; B20 efforts, and European regulations, examining how these frameworks affect global supply chains. The talk will also consider the implications of pausing and reenacting the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and why companies should go beyond mere compliance to embrace integrity.
